Semiconductor TVOC Sensor FS00602 Introduction
Gas sensors based on MEMS hotplate technology use metal oxide semiconductor materials with low conductivity in clean air. When the sensor is exposed to a gas environment, the conductivity of the sensor changes with the concentration of the detected gas in the air. The higher the concentration of the gas, the higher the conductivity of the sensor. By using a simple circuit, the change in conductivity can be converted into an output signal corresponding to the concentration of the gas. The FS000602 TVOC sensor uses advanced semiconductor gas sensing elements. This sensor has high sensitivity to organic volatile gases such as formaldehyde, benzene, alcohol, smoke, and carbon monoxide. After precise automatic calibration and detection equipment, the consistency and accuracy of the data are ensured. The sensor features a unique nano-material film that makes it waterproof, oil-proof, and dust-proof.
