Particulate Matter Sensor FS00210 Introduction
The FS00210 particulate matter sensor is a digital universal dust concentration sensor used to obtain the mass concentration (μg/m³) of suspended particles in the air, including PM1.0, PM2.5, and PM10, as well as the number of particles of 0.3, 0.5, 1.0, 2.5, 5.0, and 10um per unit volume. The laser dust sensor outputs data in a digital interface format. This particle matter sensor can be embedded in various instruments or environmental improvement equipment related to the concentration of suspended particles in the air, providing timely and accurate concentration data.
Working Principle Of Particulate Matter PM Sensor
The laser particle sensor uses the principle of laser scattering, which involves directing a laser beam onto suspended particles in the air to produce scattering, and then collecting the scattered light at a specific angle. The resulting curve of scattered light intensity changing over time is analyzed by a microprocessor using an algorithm based on MIE theory to determine the equivalent particle size and the number of particles of different sizes per unit volume of air.
